We are proudly independent with a goal to build a global community supporting businesses and professionals alike, tackling the issues of the day and the questions of tomorrow.

Global Workforce Management is in a phase of radical change, with technology, macro-economic influences, cultural learning, innovation and policy shifts all happening in tandem. As a community we will help you navigate this path.

TEMI’s head quarters are based in Melbourne, Australia.

The team is made up of paid staff and a group of exceptionally dedicated volunteers who are all strong advocates of peer to peer learning, personal professional development and community engagement.  This team actively support our international subscriber base, partners and friends by providing coaching, networking, literature, training and marketing support as and when required.

Membership is open to:

  • Individuals working in corporations or government agencies and who are actively involved in establishing, managing, or administering their organisations local or international workforce.
