The Employee Mobility Institute’s community consists of more than 2000 connected, engaged and informed global talent mobility practitioners and each plays an important part in helping drive our profession forward. The TEMI Taskforce supports TEMI programs and events – and indeed are here for you too! Lisa Fink, Global Mobility Specialist, TEMI Industry Development Taskforce

Lisa is an international award-winning mobility professional that has led and managed operational teams and corporate mobility requirements for multimillion-dollar companies across diverse industries.  Lisa has been in the industry for over 14 years and is an expert in operational, tactical and strategic development with proven ability to take service scope of concept to implementation and manage long term successful business contracts.

Lisa brings a wealth of global mobility knowledge, connections and commitment whereby this can be shared within the TEMI network.

Sonja Barwisch, Human Resources Specialist, Jetstar Airways

With over 15 years’ work experience in Human Resources in Europe and Australia and a keen interest in neurodiversity in the workplace Sonja’s specialisation and passion sits within the mobile talent area. Sonja holds a degree in Business as well as a Master in Human Resource Management.

Having relocated various times herself she understands the enormity of being outside one’s comfort zone therefore always strives to find optimal solutions for the employee and the company. Her compassionate personality paired with a keen eye for improvement opportunities allowed her to develop and implement new mobility and reward programs achieving greater employee engagement, creating space for work/life time choices and supporting the business’ commercial goals.

Sonja is always interested in new ideas, trends and up for a good chat about everything mobile talent.

Tracey Shaw, Former International Mobility Manager APAC, Herbert Smith Freehills

Tracey Shaw is a globally experienced mobility professional who thrives on the complexities of all things mobility. Brought up in New Zealand, she has worked in London, New York, remote Borneo, Indonesia and Sydney. Her career spans across multiple organisations including legal, mining and chemicals, investment banking, consulting and distribution. 

Tracey’s drive and passion for mobility shows with her day to day work ethic and the more complex the situation the better for her. Along with operational mobility and leading her team, her other more recent interest has been in the remote working space.

Monique Dawson, Senior Manager, People Advisory Services, EY

Monique is a Senior Manager in the EY People Advisory Services team, and is responsible for leading the Melbourne Assignment Services and Mobility Transformation team and offerings. As part of her role, Monique works with a diverse range of clients to design, develop and implement bespoke and innovative mobility solutions, spanning across policy, process, operating model and technology.  In addition, Monique leads the administration of international and domestic mobility programs for her clients and has an extensive understanding of the end to end mobility lifecycle.  

Monique has over 14 years’ experience in mobility, and has been an international and domestic expatriate and undertaken multiple client secondments and works collaboratively with her clients to execute mobility and talent strategies, and also bring her unique personal experience to her work. 

Monique holds a Bachelor of Commence – Accounting from Macquarie University and is a member of the TEMI Taskforce. Monique has also been highly commended for her work in the Global Mobility space, recognised in the 2019 TEMI Mobility Champion awards and received a 2019 FEM APAC EMMA Award for her EY thought leadership on Diversity and Inclusiveness in Global Mobility.   

Chantelle Perez , Global HR Project Manager – Mobility, Hitachi ABB power Grids 

A self-described citizen of the globe, Chantelle Perez is a Global Project Manager within the Global Mobility Team at Hitachi Power Grids, committed to redefining the employee experience through coaching, mentoring and leveraging HR technology for the greater good. She has spent the last nine years creating positive change across a number of industries including establishing a Mobility Global Business Services, Workforce Development and Assignee Engagement Strategies. She is currently most passionate about the work she is doing to globally optimise and transform Global Mobility & HR technology, processes and systems within large-scale organisational change.

Chantelle has developed a unique perspective when it comes to global workforce topics. Influenced by her time living abroad, strengths-based coaching and her global network, she aspires to craft and deliver a renowned Ted Talk in her career.
