The Client

A boutique Australian consulting company with ambition to grow market share and deliver onshore/offshore growth strategies.

The Brief

The CEO of this business had developed a strategic plan for the business. He contacted TEMI Connect with a request to validate the existing workforce’s ability to deliver the strategy. He also wanted the team actively engaged around the direction of the organisation and their personal roles in driving successful outcomes.

The Solution

The solution had two components:

  • TEMI Connect utilised a behavioural assessment tool to understand the strengths of the individual team members in a selling and influencing environment. Individual findings were conflated into a team report with analysis of the key findings that were likely to impact the proposed strategy.
  • TEMI Connect designed and facilitated a one day workshop to engage the team around the strategic planning process, including a debrief on the assessment findings, strengths and areas for development, market & client perception and communication techniques

The Result

Feedback from the team workshop was unanimously positive with participants expressing their pleasure in being actively engaged in the development of business strategy.

The profiling/assessment exercise delivered clarity for the CEO around the original strategy and the team’s ability to deliver. As a consequence the strategy was revised and a new workforce hiring and development plan initiated.
